At LOVELECTRO, each item is made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners (Printful, AOP+, Subliminator). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or style changes.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we’ll gladly make it right by offering a replacement or a refund.


✅ Eligible Returns

To qualify for a refund or replacement, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • You provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g., damage, wrong item, poor print)

  • The product is unused and in original condition (if applicable)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Customer change of mind

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or discounted items


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must still be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to initiate the process.


💸 Refunds

Once your return or issue is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
